This is not a demo or loaner club program.  Once removed from the protective film, clubs cannot be returned for full value.  Demo a similar club/set locally before ordering.
I am very careful when I describe and photograph the clubs I sell.  If you are in doubt, please ask a question before buying.

Golf clubs can't get Frequent Flyer Miles being shipped back and forth, and shipping increases the likelihood of damage.  Especially if they are not packaged properly.  You are responsible for any damage that occurs on return shipment, so I recommend you pack carefully and insure for full value.
"
Free Shipping" is a selling incentive and only "Free" to the Buyer as part of the initial transaction.  But is a direct cost out of my pocket.  Refunds for items returned for "buyer's remorse" may be reduced by my cost of the initial shipping.
All new and used clubs may be packaged in protective film.  Clubs must be returned unused in their original wrappings and packaging.  If clubs are returned used, unwrapped etc., they will no longer be considered New/Used at the original selling price.  They will be considered trade-ins and will be refunded at the mid trade-in value on the PGA Value Guide as of the day of receipt.
Shipping damage - any product which is received damaged during shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  Immediately photograph the product and the packaging.  The claim for damage must be presented by the buyer to the shipping company at the buyers location.
